M Butcher Shop,

proposal, in association with Moran Raif

An old family owned butchery that had to undergo renovation work in order to meet new city standards. The shop had to undergo an overhaul and a complete redesign of all front and back areas. Seventy percent of the shop’s area was to be operational and only about thirty percent accessible to the public.

Most of our effort went into organizing the shop’s spaces so that the costumer will have a pleasant and and an exciting experience, encouraging him to keep coming back to shop, while keeping with the City’s guidelines and the costumer’s brief.
