A couple with two young children purchased an old 2 bedroom Tel Avivian apartment in Florentine neighbourhood, came to us asking to give the old apartment a modern treatment with a “lofty” feel.
We started our work by removing all existing partitions and giving this property a fresh look. Making the layout feel “lofty” was not an easy task as most of the windows face to the front of the building and we had to keep all existing bedrooms.
After some back and forth we have arrived at a layout that completely deconstructs the original planning, while still keeps two separate, well defined bedrooms using bespoke carpentry.
